We can offer one-off plans or drawing packages with all plans based on OS Survey data costs for which are included in our fee.

As well as planning drawings we also provide a broad range of supporting services which can be purchased on an 'as you need' basis or as part of a planning package. Typical one-off services may include.

• Arranging Specialist Surveys such as Ecology, Tree Surveys or Highway Assessments

• Submitting your application to the Local Authority
